Enter this location at 800 1st St. This is the Norton Building Garage, operated by IPM Parking. It is located on the east side of 1st St. between Marion St. and Columbia St. The entrance is marked by an orange 'Norton Garage' sign with white lettering.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
